About System4 Facility Services

System4 was founded in Cleveland, Ohio in 2004. We started as a janitorial company providing services through a network of franchise owners. In 2012 we reinvented our business to provide full facility service management to our clients. We deliver all our services through a network of local business partners & we support our clients with more than 60 locations. Our goal is to bring the “big company” facilities model—and all those advantages—to small & medium-sized businesses.

Each System4 office is owned & operated by an independent Franchise Partner. This means our clients & service provider partners are working with local business owners who are deeply invested in their success.

We will enable our clients to spend more time on their core business while we drive down their costs. We will accomplish this by ensuring all team members understand that creating positive results & client experiences is the core of what we do. We will focus on building a service provider partner network that delivers exceptional service backed by transparency & accountability from a local System4 office.

Training

System4 Master Franchisees receive extensive training and support. We help you select your site location and facility. This establishes the timetable for training and hiring. The first week at corporate headquarters is a comprehensive overview of the entire business model along with all the resources and how to utilize them. You then return to your market to continue opening your market. Next we assist you in the hiring of your personnel and we come to your location to train your “just hired” personnel. We follow this up with additional training trips to your market and make sales calls with you and your staff to initiate immediate sales opportunities. We continue to support you and your people with our software products, webinars and a person dedicated to your start-up, sales, operational and administrative success.

SMARTS, is our proprietary web based suite of software solutions supports your operating business. SMARTS is a platform that facilitates training and provides you real-time access to all your key metrics. This greatly facilitates ongoing training and coaching.
