A Storm Guard owner's role is dynamic. Your candidate will build a team of sales professionals who will canvass neighborhoods, educating and selling Storm Guard's services to property owners. As their business grows, much of their work will come through referrals from happy customers, insurance agents, and insurance adjusters. Your candidate will also manage construction of their jobs by building and managing a network of suppliers and subcontractors, and eventually a production manager. Although the core of our business is in roof replacement, we also offer the following services: roof repair, siding repair and replacement, window replacement, gutter installation, painting, and emergency tarping.

A sales and/or management background is beneficial. No roofing or construction experience is necessary, although a contractor's license is required in many states. The appropriate time is built into the initial training process to obtain the license if needed.
